2. Your Data processed by the Administrator is voluntarily provided by you in the course of registration on the Website or in any other moment while using the Website or the Services. Failure to provide the Data required during the process of registration makes the registration impossible or may disable the User to utilize the Website or the Services or their specific functionalities.

The Administrator provides you with the option to remove the Data from the database / collection in case of withdrawal or termination of the Agreement, as well as in other cases resulting from the applicable law, subject to paragraphs. IV.2 below.

The Administrator can refuse the removal of the Data if you fail to pay all amounts owed to the Administrator according to any Agreement or if you have violated any of the Terms and Conditions or regulations of applicable law, if keeping of such Data is necessary to clarify the circumstances of any such event and to determine liability. The Administrator may refuse to delete the Data if the provisions of applicable law authorize them to do so.
