A few years ago mainstream media underastimated a bit the force of the Internet. Now, they ask YouTube creators to collaborate with them. See the list of seven YT creators that succeeded in radio, TV and newspapers.
Saszan
Teenage singer that gained popularity thanks to uploading covers of songs on YouTube since 2013. Her first album was released in September 2014 and quickly become #2 on Polish Official Sales Chart. She is also a blogger and popular Ask.fm and Instagram personality. In March 2015 she appeared in Polish TV entertainment show ‘Celebrity Splash’.
Niekryty Krytyk
First Polish vlogger who appeared on YouTube scene in 2009, the third one to achieve one million subscribers on Polish YT. His series ‘Przemyślenia Niekrytego Krytyka’ gained popularity both among youngsters and adults. His huge success on YouTube is followed by three books published by Zielona Sowa publishing house and his own radio broadcast in Radio ZET. He’s also got his own column in CKM, a magazine for men.

Łukasz Jakóbiak tried really hard to appear in mainstream media when he was young. After failing another time, he moved to YouTube where he interviews Polish and foreign celebrities in his studio flat. His phenomenon made him win a lot of media awards, and, inter alia, conduct Sopot Top Trendy Festiwal, a popular Polish music festival.
JDabrowsky
YouTube letsplayer loved by thousands of teenagers thanks to his comedy shows. With his 588 000 subscribers he is still more popular in the Internet (he’s got also huge Instagram profile, followed by 165 000 people), but he’s about to start his own radio broadcast in Czwórka Polskie Radio.
SA Wardega
Number one Polish YouTube creator. He is not only worldwide-known prankster, but also a huge animal lover. His goal is to help homeless dogs and cats. After achieving the success with ‘Mutant Giant Spider Dog’, he invested money in creating a special car to visit animals in shelters. He appears on TV as a jury member in ‘Przygarnij mnie’ (‘Take me in’), a programme about helping dogs.

Dawid Kwiatkowski
Before he became a famous singer that appears frequently on TV and radio, he used to upload his music videos on YouTube. In 2013 he released his first album ‘Biegnijmy’ (‘Let’s run’). Dawid won 6 music awards.

Well-known from his ‘Polimaty’ YouTube series, where he talks about culture, language, science and history in a very interesting way. Thanks to his recognisable image, Millenium Bank proposed him to appear in TV commercials.
